Can I eat Indian food — dal, rice, misal on a Welnut programme?

Yes — and that is by design. Welnut plans are built around your actual Pune kitchen, your family's cooking, and your real food preferences. Dal-chawal is not the problem. Misal pav is not the enemy. Sustainable nutrition means eating food that fits your life not aspirational recipes you will make once and abandon.
